Who processes your data
The data controller is Petr Kalous, Company ID 87530031, a sole trader registered in the Czech Republic (EU). Contact: info@webyashopy.cz.
What data and why
When you send an inquiry (by email or through the form), I process your name, email address and the content of your message — only what you choose to share. I use it solely to reply, prepare a proposal and, if we work together, to deliver the project. The legal basis is pre-contractual negotiation and contract performance, or my legitimate interest in responding to inquiries.
How long I keep it
Inquiries that don’t lead to a project are deleted within one year at the latest. Data related to an actual engagement (contracts, invoices) is kept for as long as Czech accounting and tax law requires.
Who I share it with
I never sell your data or share it for marketing. Only the service providers I rely on (hosting, email) may have technical access, strictly as processors and only to the extent needed to operate the service. This website uses no analytics or marketing cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing and object to it. Just email info@webyashopy.cz. You can also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
